ChatMonster provides multiple channels to suit you and your business need. The following is how you may connect your Instagram Direct Message to your ChatMonster account.
To connect to Instagram, you may go to βGetting Startedβ and click on βLink Instagram accountβ.
Make sure you have switched your Instagram account to professional / business mode. If you have not done so, please refer toSwitching Instagram to Professional / Business Modein the Help Center.
Furthermore, ensure you have linked your Instagram account to your Facebook / Meta account. If you have not done so, please refer to Connecting Instagram to Facebook / Meta account in the Help Center.
If your account matches the two requirements, you can check the two boxes and click "Next".
You should be directed to this page, Click "Confirm" to proceed.
Your connected Instagram business account should be seen under "Your Channels" on the Channel page.
