# Triggering keywords

Incoming messages must include the keywords you have inserted in the spaces for the automation to run. You may choose to have your keywords or your keywords contained exactly in incoming messages.&#x20;

You may insert the keywords in the spaces provided and press "Enter" to add the keyword to the list.&#x20;
