Editing contacts in inbox

Having a record of clients' information is crucial. Updating clients' information allows contacts to be located in a quick and easy manner.

You may first select the conversation you wish the contact to be amended in the "Inbox" section. Contact information should be present on the right. Click on the icon highlighted to update.

Contact information can be updated in the boxes highlighted. Note that the phone number of your contact cannot be amended. Click "Save" to proceed.

A message on the bottom right-hand corner will appear after a successful contact update.
