# Assigning/unassigning team members through automation
To assign a member automatically, select "Assign To" as your action of choice.
All the team members will then appear for you to choose from. You may automate the assignation of a certain team member to a specific conversation by selecting their name from the list.
To unassign a team member, choose "Unassign From" as your action. Repeat the above steps by selecting the team member you wish the automation would help you unassign.
