ChatMonster provides multiple channels to suit you and your business need. The following is how you may connect your WhatsApp Personal or Business account to your ChatMonster account.
To connect to WhatsApp, you may go to βGetting Startedβ and click on βLink WhatsApp accountβ.
Here are some essential tips to help you with your business / personal use when your WhatsApp account is linked with ChatMonster.
Here you may connect your WhatsApp by scanning the QR code. Open WhatsApp on your device and select (Settings -> Linked Devices -> Link a Device).
A success message will pop up after successfully connecting your WhatsApp account to ChatMonster. Your WhatsApp number will also show up under "Your Channels".
You may now be able to read and reply to messages in ChatMonster through "Inbox" and review your contacts in "Contacts".
