# Selecting channels to send

You may choose channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message and Whatsapp by clicking on the Channels Options Tab. You may select one or more channels by ticking the boxes corresponding to that channel.&#x20;

Then, your campaign message will be sent via the channels you selected. Moving on to the third step of creating a campaign, you may refer to [Managing recipients](/features/campaign/creating-a-campaign/managing-recipients.md).
