Automation info and analytics

Automation analytics provides you with information on how your automation is doing. It is important to relate audience engagement to changes in automation.

You may refer to the info or analytics of specific automations from the list of automations.

The followings are the info and analytics and their respective meanings for your automation.

Info / Analytic	Indication
Title	The automation title that the user created to identify the automation easily. You may refer to Adding a new automation.
Status	The automation status shows whether the automation is running or not. You may refer to Automation status.
Channels	The channel(s) where the automation will be triggered. You may refer to Selecting channels in automation.
Keywords Trigger	The keyword(s) that will trigger the automation. You may refer to Triggering keywords.
Last 7 Days Activities	The total number of times the automation was triggered in the past 7 days. You may understand the amount of audience engaged throughout the week.
Last 28 Days Activities	The total number of times the automation was triggered in the past 28 days. You may understand the amount of audience engaged throughout the month.
Last Updates	The date and time that the automation was last updated.
