# Saving/publishing an automation

Ta-da! You have now completed creating your very own automation. Now it's time for you to save or publish your automation.

You may save your automation as a draft in the top left-hand corner by clicking on the left option. You may amend draft automation by referring to[ Editing an automation](/features/automation/editing-an-automation.md). You may also publish your automation right away by selecting the right option.
