# Assigning team members

To begin, click on the conversation to which you wish to assign your members. You may click on the box highlighted below in the top right-hand corner. All conversations should begin with "Unassigned".

After that, a list of members of your team will show up. You may assign a particular member to the conversation by clicking on the member's name.&#x20;

"This conversation was picked up by (member's name)" will appear above the chatbox for a successful assignment.&#x20;
