Assigning team members

You may assign your team members to specific conversations to choose the most suitable person to give the best response to clients.

To begin, click on the conversation to which you wish to assign your members. You may click on the box highlighted below in the top right-hand corner. All conversations should begin with "Unassigned".

After that, a list of members of your team will show up. You may assign a particular member to the conversation by clicking on the member's name.

"This conversation was picked up by (member's name)" will appear above the chatbox for a successful assignment.
