Searching conversations
This feature allows you to locate specific conversations directly by searching for keywords related to contact names or chats.

This feature allows you to locate specific conversations directly by searching for keywords related to contact names or chats.

You may search for certain conversations by clicking on the Search Bar.
You may search for conversations in two ways stated below. Once you have located the chatroom, click on it, and you will be directed to the chatbox. It will be shown on your display.

Chat name
Refers to searching by contact name β for example, your client's name.
Message content
Refers to searching by words in chat β in other words, the text in the messages you have sent before.
